Original right-side valve cylinder (SV) from the former USSR, manufactured for the M72 and K750. The cylinder comes from old stock and is assembled with valves included.
Such original SV cylinders of Soviet manufacture are becoming increasingly rare, especially as unused stock.

Practical note
Original SV cylinders manufactured in the USSR often differ in material quality and casting finish from later reproductions. Nevertheless, it is recommended to inspect the valve seats and valve guides and measure the valve guide bore after prolonged storage prior to installation.
